With more than 300 employees, our production line is combined with modern production equipment and complete auxiliary facilities, offering an automatic testing and analysis system. The company has ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and BSCI certificates.
8,000sqm Manufacturing Plant
The production line mainly produces both wireless and wired headphones and earphones. The manufacturing plant area is about 8,000 square meters, with in-depth knowledge and experience in R&D, engineering, cable production, assembly, and quality control.
Factory Capacity
Backed by seven non-dust assembly lines, our output can reach more than 500k sets of headphones/earphones per month. NLD also sets up a beer line and an assembly production line. We have an advanced integral ERP system and inspection equipment, including an electro-acoustic device analyzer, a soundcheck acoustic tester, a constant temperature and humidity test chamber, a driver polarity tester, a salt spray tester, a swing test machine, a tumbling drop tester, a lidding life test, a stretching life test, a headband extension tension testing machine, and more. The company emphasizes its cultural construction. With unique and vivid cultural characteristics, NLD has won consistent recognition from both domestic and foreign customers in the industry.

We do not utilize child labor in the production of any product. We do not employ any person under the age of 15 (or 14 where local law allows), or the age at which compulsory schooling has ended, whichever is greater.
Policy on Hours of Labour
We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week. Overtime, when necessary, is fully compensated according to local law, or at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate if there is no legally prescribed premium rate. Employees are permitted reasonable days off (at least one day off in every seven-day period) and leave privileges.

Policy on Sensitive Transactions
It is our policy to prohibit employees from entering into sensitive transactions -- business dealings generally considered to be either illegal, immoral, unethical or to reflect adversely on the integrity of the Company. Policy on Commercial Bribery
We prohibit employees from receiving, directly or indirectly, anything of value in return for using or agreeing to use his or her position for the benefit of that other person.
